Capire Brand Refresh Capire Consulting Group is Australia’s largest specialist community engagement consultancy. Their name comes from the Italian word ‘capire’ – meaning to listen, understand – which defines what Capire is about and what they help their clients achieve. Capire design and deliver tailored engagement strategies for policies, projects, and places across Australia and beyond. Since 2007, their pioneering engagement strategies have led to positive outcomes on thousands of projects – strengthening relationships, informing decision-making, and building knowledge.
The need had been identified for a complete brand refresh – including everything from the logo to the website, to staff photography, to how they present their past projects. This came at a time where Capire was going through growth and change, after its many years of being a leader in community engagement.
The objective was to ensure that Capire’s brand identity matched their expertise, credibility, and new values. Updating the brand would ensure that they stay relevant, communicate Capire’s prestige, present a strong case to gain attention from markets, and resonate with existing clients. The brand refresh also looked at new ways to communicate their high quality and core values through consistent visual and vocabulary cues.
