Fragmented Magazine Issue 3 Fragmented Magazine was a Melbourne based, experimental small–press magazine that showcased high-quality literature, essays and visual art. It was a platform for broad intellectual thought. Its title alludes to its diverse array of material due to an absence of restrictions on themes and subject matter, as well as the age or location of contributors. I founded Fragmented in 2011 as the practical output of my Visual Communication honours degree.
The latest issue of Fragmented magazine features three full-coloured sections of work including photographs of hurricane Katrina struck Six Flags by Jack Lovel, collages by Arabella Paner and from Sarah Canning, Stranger Studies, her series of observational illustrations. It also features visual art by Lucy Parakhina; a creative writing piece slash surrealist play by Kat Moritz; a short story by Hugh Williamson; poetry by Dave Wilson; essays by Cam Cope, and Diego Ramirez and an interview with photographer and founder of Bloom Publishing, Lloyd Stubber.
The latest and final issue of Fragmented was launched at the 2016 NGV Art Book Fair in Melbourne.
