Temporary Architecture and the Visioning of Our Cities A collaboration between Grimshaw Architects and Open House Melbourne, this panel discussion explored how temporary architecture provokes thought and curiosity, and provides a platform for the rapid sharing of ideas, responses to issues and a citizen–led approach to change. Panelists included Sam Redston, Dr Fiona Gray, Andrew Mackenzie, Professor Rob Adams AM, and Pamela McGirr.
Custom typography was created with the idea of the temporary in mind, and was applied across a range of media to promote the event.
As the event was being held within the Melbourne studio of Grimshaw Architects, window decals were created to promote the event. This signage also improved the studio’s street presence.
The branding was applied across multiple varied formats, which included posters, an animation for social media, and projections on the night.
