Hi, I’m Nina Read, a senior graphic designer and design manager based in Melbourne, on the land of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. My work sits at the intersection of editorial design, architecture, and brand systems, with a love for typography, grids, and beautifully crafted printed outcomes.

I’m currently the Graphic Design Manager at Grimshaw Architects’ Melbourne studio. Over the past 15 years I’ve worked across studios, publishing, and in-house teams, including Capire Consulting Group, NH Architecture, E-2 Experiential Environments, Origin of Image, Monash University — and I also founded Fragmented Magazine.

Highlights include leading Capire’s brand and website refresh, collaborating with jewellery designer Julia Plavina on her brand identity, and designing a ceiling pattern for The District Docklands.

I'm currently seeking freelance and collaborative projects.
